Story
Telling

After I gather the information, I will utilize it to design later.
Methods: User Persona, Prototyping, High fidelity, Usability testing
Persona
I would like to know the needs and challenges from the pet owner. So I executed an interview with someone who have only one pet in their home.

Usability
Testing
I used remote usability testing with existing interviewees as follows:

Retro
spective
Pros:
-
Easy to read, Call-To-Action outstanding from the information.
-
Easy to use.
-
When putting the text "Delete account anytime" the user told me he can try to use it.
Cons:
-
The user told me, I should add review more from many places.
Next step:
-
I'll explore the review from other website to add to this landing page
-
Bold the "delete account anytime" word to the top of the page.
